Important and fundamental food for growth, the milk is object of commercial interchange between two parties, farmer and transforming industry.
Milk collection faces two problems: quantity and quality. Concerning the quantity, in the past cans and scales or dipsticks in the cooling tanks have been the traditional method. The modern metering is based on systems employing magnetic inductive flowmeters with a precision of 0,2%. Concerning the quality, manual sampling has passed on to continuous automatic samplers with peristaltic pumps, which guarantee representativity and no carryover.
ACRAM can project, manufacture, install and service metering and sampling systems mounted on trucks or at the dairy milk reception. The systems are complete with all accessories, data capture and transmission achieving a complete tracking record.
WINE
Italy is the land of wine, the Veneto region is one of the main producing areas and the Valpolicella Valley is the home of some very famous red wines. Therefore it was a natural step to expand the experience gained to the process automation.
ACRAM projects and manufactures automated systems for the grape processing concentrating on conveying must and wine from the grape squeezer to the press and to the storage tanks. All those operations necessary for the wine production are commanded automatically.
We have transferred our experience in liquid metering to the wine sector, too.
We are able to calibrate wine tanks according to the law n. 504 dated 26.10.95 and n. 153 dated 27.03.2001.
