AVPS: MEASURING SYSTEM FOR RECEIVING WINE WITH AUTOMATIC SELF-PRIMING VOLUMETRIC PUMP

The system is installed in the wine reception area of the winery.
The system is a volumetric measurement system in accordance with MID Directive 2014/32/EU MI-005.
The system is manufactured in two models with nominal flows of 24,000 litres/hour and 30,000 litres/hour and can be sanitised in a CIP-SIP cycle;
 
The system can be equipped with the following optional accessories:
  • wheels and handlebars
  • printers
  • temperature probe
  • pH probe
  • sample-extractor
  • refrigerated store for automatic collection of samples
  • software for managing loading/discharge data
  • interfacing with the management PLC of the premises, the supervisory system or the corporate computing centre for the transfer of reports or data
 
Thanks to its ease of use and movement and the precision measurement of the wine received, the system is suitable for installation in the milk reception zone of small/medium wineries.
The ability to print the measure wine value, take a representative sampling and ascertain the temperature are significant characteristics of the AVPS system.
